American Family Insurance launched a new social simulation game in which players take care of their families by maximizing their happiness. Happiness is achieved through keeping your stats — such as energy — high and accomplishing in-game goals. Players can choose to marry and/or have children by using the dating and stork services in the shop. Players can also upgrade their possessions and buy food and clothes to increase happiness. Depending on the weather, random disasters can occur in the home. Insurance allows players to fix the damage without paying out of pocket. Finally, Facebook integration allows players to grow their neighborhood by visiting friends’ homes and marrying their children into eachother’s families. Greater Mankato Conventions and Visitors Bureau invites you to be part of the Scheels Sport and Health Expo on Friday October 22, 2010 at the Verizon Wireless Civic Center in Mankato, Minnesota. The Scheels Sport and Health Expo will be held from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. All marathon and half marathon race participants must attend the expo to pick up their race materials.
