Hot 96.7's Contest Rules

1. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chance of winning. Void where prohibited.

2. Contest starts on January 28, 2013 and ends when all prizes have been revealed.

3. Eligibility

1. Must be 18 years or older to play and have a valid photo ID.

2. Employees and their immediate families of HOT 96.7 and Radio Mankato, station's advertising and promotional agencies, it's participating sponsors, other radio stations in the Greater Mankato area are not eligible for this contest or prize.

3. Only one winner per household is permitted in any promotion conducted by Radio Mankato.

4. Winner must present a valid government photo-ID and sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Publicity/Liability Release.

4. Contest is conducted as follows: The Big Hot Morning Show with Johnny and Cari are asking for emails from couples explaining what makes them so close and unique. The top two couples will be chosen and asked to join the show in studio on Valentine’s Day morning, where they will be asked to perform in a variety of contests including a eating contest.

5. Prizes: Rihanna Tickets for her show in March (One Pair); Miscellaneous items from Risque’s III and Hot 96.7 merchandise.Winners: All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Winner has until March 31, 2013 to claim their prize.

6. By participating, all participants and winners grant Hot 96.7 and Radio Mankato the use of their photo and likeness for radio station promotion.

7. Release: By participating in the contest, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against Hot 96.7, Radio Mankato, Minnesota Valley Broadcasting its employees and agents, the contest's sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the contest, or from the use of any prize.

8. HOT 96.7, Radio Mankato reserve the right to adjust the contest dates or requirements without notice and has option to randomly draw for another winner should the announced winner not qualify.
