Teri was born and raised in Hutchinson, Minnesota. She has 2 older sisters, 3 nephews and a niece – and 2 of the best parents anyone could ever ask for. Teri grew up with music always around, so radio seemed like a great career choice. Teri started in radio back in 2002 at KDUZ/KARP Hometown Radio in Hutchinson and graduated from Brown College in 2004 with a degree in Radio Broadcasting. After a while, she decided to go back to school, and moved down to Mankato – where she was accepted in the Mass Communications program at Minnesota State University, Mankato and graduated in the spring of 2009.
Teri loves Classic Rock and the Blues, and likes pretty much everything really and has a lot of favorites. She has a few shows that she enjoys watching: Burn Notice, My Boys, Rescue Me, and on her free time, Teri loves listening to music, and anything to do with it really… (BIG SHOCKER!!), getting outside, hanging out with friends and family, Twins Baseball, among other things.
